We operate at the local
level and beyond
We carry out demanding projects of both large and small scale that require a high level of organization, coordination, and expertise.
We work with companies, public institutions, and private clients who need reliable execution of complex works in challenging terrain conditions. Every project is approached individually — with a clear strategy, realistic timelines, and solutions tailored to the specific conditions.
Since 1992
From heights, from depths, and firmly on the ground, we look back on more than 30 years of successful operation. Kaskader d.o.o. was founded in 1992, with its roots going back to 1985, when a group of alpinists from Idrija began carrying out demanding rope access and maintenance works. Initially, this was done to help finance mountaineering expeditions, but soon evolved into a professional activity thanks to growing client trust and an increasing scope of work.
As our experience and projects grew, the decision to establish a company naturally followed. The name “Kaskader” (stuntman) may have seemed bold at first, but it proved to be the right choice. Today, it stands as a synonym for mastering demanding situations, working in hard-to-reach terrain, and delivering reliable solutions.
Skilled & persistent
In our world, a “kaskader” is someone who is skilled, persistent, and courageous enough to take on all kinds of demanding field and high-altitude work. Our team is made up of alpinists, civil engineers, blasting specialists, arborists, forestry technicians, mountain rescue members, firefighters, mountain guides, and enthusiasts of outdoor and adrenaline sports.
At Kaskader d.o.o., we apply the highest safety and professional standards in rope access operations, including the internationally recognized IRATA certification (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association). This certification system confirms that workers are properly trained to safely and efficiently perform work using rope access techniques.
The IRATA certification ensures that our team is qualified to work in hard-to-access locations where conventional access methods are either impossible or not economically viable. Training includes thorough knowledge of equipment, correct use of rope systems, safe movement at height, and rescue procedures in the event of an accident.
The IRATA standard enables us to perform a wide range of services, including structural maintenance, installation works, structural inspections, and other specialized work at height, while always prioritizing safety, efficiency, and quality of execution.
By implementing the IRATA system, Kaskader d.o.o. provides its clients with reliable, professional, and safe execution of work at the highest level.
